Fried Cream Corn
Ingredients
20-25 stalks of corn
2 sticks of Butter
Lactose free milk or cream
1/2 cup of sugar
Salt
White Pepper
Directions
1. Cut the corn off the cob (WARNING: It takes a bit and makes a big mess).
2. Melt a stick of butter in each pan.
3. On Medium to medium high heat, sauté the corn until it's soft, stirring almost constantly.
4. Add milk or cream. It should be really soupy because you have to cook it on low for a good bit.
5. Season with sugar, salt and pepper. You may have to check the seasonings at the end.
6. Cook it, on low until it's thick and creamy.
